I don't live in Springfield, MO - how do I get Culture Flock stuff?!
Not local? No worries! If you have an address, we'll ship stuff right to your door, easy peasy! In fact, we started out as an online store, so we're well versed in sending stuff all over the place. We love shipping orders! Everything we carry in our local shop is available for purchase on our website. PS, if you have a favorite local shop, ask them if they carry Culture Flock, if they don't tell them they should! And if you're local then come see us at our brick + mortar location in Springfield, Missouri!
Can I get store pickup if I'm local?
Yep! We're offering curbside pickup! Just place your order online and select store pickup instead of shipping. As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive an email telling you to come on by! Call (417) 986-1946 when you arrive and we'll bring it out to you! Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. PS, it will tell you it could take up to an hour for orders to be ready - sometimes it's only a few minutes, but we have to say that to give ourselves a little time. If you need your order ASAP, call us and give us a heads up, we'll do our best for you!
Is this site safe and secure?
We love you and want to keep you safe from harm. The solution to this problem is to encrypt your sensitive data for transmission. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) was created for this very purpose. SSL uses a complex system of key exchanges between your browser and the server you are communicating with in order to encrypt the data.
How long will it take for me to get my new stuff? I'm really excited!
Don't worry, we want you to have your goodies ASAP, so we always ship out orders within 1 week. Inside the continental US, a glorious package should arrive at your door 2-5 days after shipping. If you happen to be outside the continental US, it will take a few extra days, depending on your country's customs policies.
A note to international buyers: please be aware that many countries charge a VAT or customs charge in order for you to receive your package. If you decide not to pick up your package and/or do not pay the customs charge, the package will be returned to us. We can offer a refund for the price of the item you ordered, but will not refund the shipping cost.
I need shirts made for my nephew's cousin's goldfish's anniversary party - do you guys do that?
Nope, sorry. We don't offer custom screen printing, we create and print only Culture Flock designs.
I don't know what size I am. Help?
Don't stress, actually this is an easy fix. If you've worn a t-shirt before, that's a great place to start. Seriously though, we know you've got a t-shirt somewhere. Maybe you're one of the lucky few to catch a t-shirt out of a cannon at a basketball game, maybe it's one you sleep in, but we know you've got a t-shirt laying around somewhere. If that shirt fits you, you'll probably want the same size when you order from us. In all seriousness, most all of our clothing is unisex, meaning it's not cut specifically to fit a certain gender. In most cases, women/female-presenting folks prefer to order one size smaller than what they normally wear in women's sizing.
Uh oh, there was a problem with my order! Help!
Don't worry, we'll get it fixed. We're really nice and want to make sure you're happy with what you buy from us. We're also humans and mess up sometimes. If there was a problem with your order and you need to make an exchange or a return, just click on "Return/Exchange" at the bottom of this page. All the info on how to proceed is located there. You might want to also read our return and exchange policy below.
We all know that tracking numbers sometimes give wonky updates, items sometimes don't get delivered on time, etc. As a business that ships and receives tons of stuff daily, we definitely share your frustration! Unfortunately, once your package is picked up by USPS, UPS, etc, we no longer have any control over its whereabouts. Should there be a problem that arises after your order has been shipped, you'll need to contact your local Post Office or UPS hub to get additional information. Should your package be returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, we can reship the item but you will be required to pay additional shipping. If you'd prefer a refund, we can refund the price of the item, however we are unable to refund the shipping cost.

Here it goes: if you need to do a return or exchange, it must be done within 30 days of your order (45 days for our international friends). Your return items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unstinky. If we made a mistake like sending you the wrong item or size, we'll send you a return label and cover the cost of shipping. If you need to return or exchange an item, you'll need to pay for the postage to ship it back to us. Shipping gets expensive, so make sure that you check our sizing charts to avoid having to make a return or exchange! To return or exchange something, just click here to start the process.
